MaxMaint was born from real-world facility management challenges — not from a boardroom brainstorm.

Our Story

MaxMaint started with a simple observation: facility managers and building owners were using 5, 6, sometimes 7 different tools to run their operations. One system for maintenance work orders. Another for property leases. A spreadsheet for inventory. A separate accounting package. And none of them talked to each other.

We set out to build the platform we wished existed — one that covers the full spectrum of facility operations from the first maintenance request to the final journal entry in the general ledger, all in a single unified system.

Today, MaxMaint brings more than 8 integrated modules together built on enterprise-grade technology, designed from the ground up for the realities of building management in the Middle East and beyond.
